Terms & Refunds

Last updated: November 5, 2026. Please read this before you buy. When you buy from the StrongHold Network store (store.strongholdpvp.com), you agree to these terms and to our rules. If you do not agree, please do not buy.

1. Who we are

• The Minecraft server strongholdpvp.com and this store are run by ("we", "us"). StrongHold Network is an independent server and is not connected to Mojang or Microsoft.
• Payments are processed by our payment partners CraftingStore and PayPal. PayPal sends you a payment receipt by email.

2. Who can buy

• You must have a real, paid copy of Minecraft (Java or Bedrock).
• You must be allowed to use the payment method you pay with. Using someone else's card or PayPal without their permission is fraud.
• If you are under 18, you must ask a parent or guardian before buying, and they should read these terms with you. By buying, you confirm that they said yes.
• You must not be banned from StrongHold Network.

3. What you are buying

• Everything in the store - ranks, tags, gradients, tokens, crate keys, boosters, SMP extras and Founders items - is digital content that only exists on StrongHold Network.
• You get a personal right to use the item on our server. You do not own it, and it is not a physical product.
• Items are linked to the Minecraft account they were delivered to (not to the name), so you keep them if you change your Minecraft name. They cannot be moved to another account, server or game.
• Tokens are an in-game currency for StrongHold only. They have no real-world value, cannot be cashed out, exchanged for money or moved to other servers, and they are not Minecoins or any Mojang currency.
• Crate keys are not random. When you open a crate, you see every reward and pick the one you want.
• Boosters start as soon as they are given to you and run in real time, also while you are offline. If a booster of the same or a higher strength is already running, the new time is added on top. If your new booster is stronger, it replaces the one that is running.
• Everything you can buy, with its price and what it does, is shown on this store before you buy or join the server.

4. Prices and payment

• All prices are in US dollars (USD). Your bank or PayPal may convert this to your own currency.
• Sale prices and discounts are taken off in the basket. The total you see at checkout is what you pay us. Your bank or PayPal may add its own fees, for example for changing currency.
• We never see your card number or your PayPal password.
• If a price on the store is clearly wrong because of a mistake, we may cancel the order and give your money back.
• Discounts and promo codes cannot be combined unless we say so, and they can end at any time. If a price goes down after you bought something, we do not refund the difference.
• We may refuse, hold or cancel any order that looks like fraud, for example a stolen card or account.

5. Delivery

• Items are given to the Minecraft username you type at checkout, usually within a few minutes. You must be online on the right server to get them: FFA items on FFA, SMP items on the SMP, and tags, gradients and Founders items on both. If you are offline, you get them the next time you join that server.
• Check the username before you pay. Bedrock players type ONE dot in front of their name, exactly as the name shows in game, for example .Steve (if the name has spaces, use _ instead: .Cool_Guy).
• We cannot move items that were sent to a wrong username.
• If something did not arrive within 24 hours, contact us (section 1) with your username and the PayPal transaction ID from your receipt email, and we will check it and fix it.

6. Your right to cancel and refunds

• Our items are digital content that is delivered right away. At checkout you agree that delivery starts immediately and you confirm that you lose your right to cancel (withdraw) once the item is delivered. Consumer law in many countries (for example in the EU and UK) allows this for digital content.
• Because of this, all purchases are final once they are delivered.
• We only give a refund if your item was never delivered and we cannot fix it, or if you were charged twice for the same order. Contact us within 14 days of the purchase.
• No refunds for: tokens, keys or boosters that were already used; buying for the wrong username; getting muted or banned for breaking the rules; changes to perks, prices or the game; server downtime; world resets; or no longer wanting to play.
• Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. When we refund, the items are taken back.
• Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have by law in the country where you live.

7. Chargebacks and PayPal disputes

Please always contact us first - most problems are fixed quickly. If you open a chargeback or PayPal dispute without contacting us first, the items are removed and the account (and its alts) can be banned from the whole network. Whether you are unbanned after the dispute is closed is up to us.

8. Gifts

You can buy items for a friend by ticking "Gift this order" and typing their username. The gift is delivered to that username and cannot be moved after it is delivered. Gifts follow these same terms.

9. Custom tag and gradient requests

• Sending a request is free and is not a purchase. We can accept or decline any request without giving a reason.
• Requests must follow the rules: nothing offensive, NSFW or hateful, no insults against any religion, and nothing that pretends to be staff.
• If we approve a design, it is added to the store in the Community group, where anyone can buy it for the normal price. By sending a request, you allow us to use your design on the store and the server.

10. Limited and Founders items

Limited items are only sold for the time shown on the store. If you bought one, you keep it after the sale ends - only the sale stops.

11. Changes to items and the server

• To keep the game fair and fun, we may change, balance or remove perks, prices, items, kits or the in-game economy at any time.
• SMP worlds can be reset for a new season. Before a new season starts, we announce what carries over to it.
• Items, tokens, keys or progress that were gained through a bug, a dupe, cheating, or a payment that was refunded or charged back can be removed without a refund.
• We work hard to keep the server online, but we cannot promise it will always be online or without bugs. If we ever have to close the network for good, we will try to tell players in our Discord first. As far as the law allows, no refunds are given if the network closes.

12. Your account and bans

You are responsible for your Minecraft account and everything done with it. If you break the rules, staff can warn, mute or ban you, and you cannot use your items while banned. Buying something never protects you from punishments, and we do not refund items because of a punishment.

13. Purchase history

PayPal sends you a receipt by email for every purchase. If you need a list of your past purchases, contact us (section 1) and we will send it to you.

14. Privacy

• We use as little data as possible. To deliver your order we use your Minecraft username. Our payment partners (CraftingStore and PayPal) handle your name, email and payment details under their own privacy policies.
• We only use this data for orders, support and stopping fraud. We never sell it.
• Custom requests send your Minecraft username and design to our private staff channel on Discord. To stop spam, the request system checks your IP address so each person can only send one request every 30 seconds.
• The store saves your basket and username only in your own browser. To show skins and the live player count, the store loads them from mc-heads.net and mcsrvstat.us. We do not use ads or tracking cookies.
• You can ask us what data we have about you, or ask us to delete it, by contacting us (section 1). We may keep order records that we need for payments, fraud checks or the law.

15. Limits of responsibility

The store and the server are given "as they are". As far as the law allows, we are not responsible for losses because of the server being offline, bugs, lost in-game items or progress, or other players. If we are ever responsible, the most we owe you is what you paid for the item. This does not limit anything the law does not let us limit.

16. Other

• If any part of these terms cannot be used under the law, the rest of the terms still apply.
• If we do not act right away when someone breaks these terms or the rules, we can still act on it later.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the last change. The terms that were live when you bought something apply to that purchase.
